Founded by Kendyl Thomas, Ascend Wellness Studio is a pioneering holistic and integral wellness center located in the heart of Lafayette, Louisiana. As the first of its kind in Acadiana, Ascend offers the community a comprehensive hub for all its health and wellness needs, providing a wide array of services rooted in the holistic philosophy of ancient Eastern teachings and the tradition of yoga.
Our studio space features a spacious yoga studio that hosts a diverse range of classes for all levels, alongside unique workshops led by Lafayette's premier wellness facilitators. These workshops include Breathwork, Sound Baths, Ecstatic Dance, Manifestation, Men’s and Women’s Circles, and much more.

✨ Reiki Level 1 **OCTOBER 5 | 12-6PM**
Learn the history of Reiki, energy systems, and receive your Level 1 attunement.
Practice scanning energy fields, hand placements, and giving Reiki treatments.
✨ Reiki Level 2 **OCTOBER 26 | 12-6PM**
Deepen your practice with three Reiki symbols, sending long-distance Reiki, and working with crystals.
